Earth Hour 2019

Earth Hour, a worldwide event held annually on the last Saturday of March, will be joined by millions of individuals and organizations who will turn off non-essential lights and devices for one hour as a symbol of commitment to the planet.

In Moscow, lights will go off from 8.30 to 9.30 PM in nearly 1,900 buildings.

Anyone can join the event without leaving home by merely turning off the lights and electric appliances.

Key celebratory events, including an environmental flash mob and music show, will take place at Zaryadye Park.
