More than 30 latest technology solutions will be presented under the Made in Moscow brand at Arab Health 2019, a major exhibition running on January 28-31 in Dubai.
Alexei Fursin, head of the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovations, said that Moscow producers were presenting some of their most advanced ultra sound and diagnostics equipment and software as well as goods that can be used in developing medicine and robotics.
One of the exhibits is a compact digital thermometer that can be synchronized with a smartphone. It does not restrict movements and can even be used when people are sleeping. For example, after installing a special app, parents can receive real-time data on their child’s temperature.
Another development is a diagnostics platform based on cloud technology. The software increases the efficiency of cancer diagnostics and reduces errors. Moreover, it allows doctors to have consultations online and examine test results that way too.
The Made in Moscow brand was created to promote the city’s hi-tech companies abroad. The Moscow government’s Made in Moscow program helps entrepreneurs find new customers around the world.
Under the program launched in December 2016, the city covers up to 100 percent of the companies’ international fair participation costs and organizes meetings with potential investors.
